What I liked about it:

To make it perfect:
- make sure that calculation are understood for everybody - I didn't follow... For example: put up an example on a projector
- more facilitation rather than just walk up and down the floor
- overall: the meaning of the message just didn't come across
- add examples that are visible (slides etc)
- doesn't really make a "click" for me
- you ask questions to the audience but don't seem interested in the answers
- be prepared! ("in the words of the great Scar")
- compare to similar ideas (80/20 rule book, 4HWW, ...)
- compare to other people
- some slides
- European culture...
- more presentation slides
- face it: we're lazy, we like some examples
- respect agenda a bit more
- material
- exercises too fast
- group exercises
