Ralph van Roosmalen has been working in the software industry since 1997. He started as software developer, has worked as project manager and is now working as Scrum Master, Test manager and Development manager at Planon, The Netherlands.

Ralph is Certified Scrum Master. He spoke at several congress, for example Scrum Fall (London), TestNet (Netherlands), Agile Holland and Software And Systems Quality Conferences (Dusseldorf). Ralph wrote some articles about agile testing and contributed to the Dutch book Testen 2.0 about agile testing.

Planon is using Scrum since 2005-Q1. Planon developers standard application software for Facility management and real estate companies. Planon development has six scrum teams (four distributed with team members in India), teams exists of business analyst, developers, testers and technical writers.
