Koen De Hondt applies agile software development since 1999. He is a Certified Scrum Master.

He is responsible for development policies and practices in the Centera division of EMC.

He is one of the main drivers in the application of Scrum by the Centera development team which is scattered across 5 development sites in 4 time zones. Currently, he is the Scrum Master of a team of 8 persons.
